ABOUT US

The Cross Culture Workshop is a dynamic two-day course designed for pastors and leaders who want to better understand what is now widely referred to as “The Culture.” This workshop explores the rich history, depth, and influence of Hip-Hop from its roots and rise in popular culture to its current connection with issues like mass incarceration.

Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of Hip-Hop’s power, both as a creative force and as a cultural influencer. Together, we’ll examine how the genre has shaped society for better or worse and how leaders can engage it with wisdom, purpose, and hope.

At Cross Culture, our mission is to raise up leaders who recognize the power of positive Hip-Hop. By shifting the narrative one artist, pastor, or consumer at a time we believe Hip-Hop can be a tool for healing, transformation, and spiritual awakening. This is more than music. It’s a movement to change hearts and challenge the messages shaping our communities.
